This is a set of nikon FA hand grips
There are three variants with different degrees of grip. I definitely prefer the medium grip as it provides more leverage than the original but is not too large.
A .f3d file and .stp are bundled so you can modify it to your liking. Use a fit point spline and it is fairly easy.
