Some times it could be very hard to reach an obstructed screw. This handle might help to drive a screw witch cannt be reached from the top and with only a limited space around.

A shallow cavity inline with the axis of the bit helps to push down with one finger. The lever make it easy to turn with an other finger. The applyable torque is surprisingly high.
