Use one screw at the bottom to support the satiator, and fix the support with 2 screws. The vertical holes allow for best positioning so the holding tab at the top can be more or less tight to hold the satiator to the wall.

The rectangular hole between the support ad the wall is to be able to place a rubber band to hold the satiator in place in case the holding tab brakes.
