Esta tapa está hecha para evitar tener un empalme en el cable.
Se quita la cubierta original del casquillo y se sueldan los cables a las chapitas. Con esta tapa se cierra la parte de atrás del casquillo.

This cover is made to avoid having a splice in the cable. The original cover is removed from the socket and the wires are soldered to the plates. This cover closes the back of the socket.
