I've created an offset globe spinner. It does at the name implies, spins on an offset of circles around a sphere. I printed this using PVA (water soluble supports). But you can do as your mileage sees fit.

This iteration gives <1mm clearance for the posts that coincide with the other rings. It cannot be taken apart and must be printed as is.
