A fanduct to mount on top of any 40mm fan, it angles the fan 45 degrees forward. I used it to sombine this Fang airduct https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4630748 with this direct drive: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3816051.

setting support to about 80 degree overhang should do it for this design. I had some issue with the lower screw point. But it still worked so I haven't fine tuned the support settings.
