Originally designed as a bold, oversized bracelet, this piece found its true purpose as a decorative curtain cuff bringing a touch of vintage elegance to any space.
Cast in resin and hand-finished, the surface was first coated in deep lamp black, then carefully wiped back to settle the pigment into the recessed details. A light dry-brush of gold paint was applied over the raised areas, creating a rich, aged metallic effect that highlights the intricate pattern work.
The result is a warm, antique-inspired finish with strong contrast dark in the depths and softly glowing along the high points. When wrapped around fabric, it adds structure, texture, and a subtle statement without overpowering the room.
A perfect example of letting the material and a happy accident guide the final design.
