This suspended mount is primarily for VESA 75 displays. The display I use is 15.6 inches, which is heavier than typical portable displays. This mount can perfectly support it without falling. The other end has a 1/4 inch screw hole, allowing it to be directly attached to a tripod using a super clamp or C-clamp, or connected to other accessories with 1/4 inch screw holes.
