Yep, I haven't taken the time to learn a proper modeling program, but I'm really good at measuring things, combining shapes, and doing order of operations.
These are alternate Super Shell models that will print faster and use less filament than the version recently released by Nerf. Turns out that combining two models intended for injection molding into a single file...isn't as friendly for 3D printing.
Print 2 walls, with 15% infill.
The base version has tightening rings and 13mm barrels for the darts, without any dart pegs.
The other version has the base tweaked to depress the safety valves, in order to blast as much air as possible out the barrels. That one properly supports double-stacked 36mm half darts.
Other versions might be possible, but will likely depend on the installation of a replacement spring for the plunger.
