Based on the skysynergy's original model on Thingiverse, found here, this holder is a perfect companion for those with an Avidyne Bluetooth keyboard floating around the cockpit. This non-intrusive mount takes the hassle out of using they keyboard in flight by placing it right in front of you. No sticky tape, no Velcro glue. Simple as can be.
Installation in the aircraft is simple.
Install base plate in the yoke.
Slide keyboard in holder.
Slide holder into base plate.
The two pieces are intentionally designed to be a snug fit to keep them from separating in the air from engine vibration or turbulence. I found it easiest to wiggle back and forth a bit.
