I needed to mount a new Fortigate 91G in a network rack but it didn't come with ears. I printed mine using PLA on a diagonal (lots of supports) for extra angular strength since the firewall was twisting the ears a bit.

Screw holes line up with the screw holes on the 91G but I'm not sure what the screw size is. I just found some that fit.
