I have design this for my sliding door vertical blinds since i was not able to find replacement part anywhere. It is slightly different than OEM design but it fits perfect. I have used paper clip wire for upper pivot and used small screw in rod thru existing hole. I am sure that may be more improvement can be made. but i am happy with what i have now.Enjoy and hope this will help.
