This is a replacement case for an old Fujtech QI4000 power bank, that retains the ability to charge wirelessly.
The case is mostly straight-forward: Take apart the old casing by prying from the seam and disengaging the plastic clips. Unscrew the main board and hold on to the screws as this model reuses those. During disassembly, you will most likely break the power button line and this is okay, we are not going to reuse that, but take note of where it was connected.
For assembly, you need the original 4 screws, some copper tape, a small piece of wire, some glue and a soldering iron.
Once printed, the lid has a cutout and you'll have a small tab that fits in the cutout. You need to wrap this tab with copper tape. Once wrapped, push it in the cutout and add a dab of glue on the underside. Next solder the wire on to the copper tape, and the other end to the main board where the original wire was attached. Finally drop the board battery down into the case, screw it in and add a little bit of glue in the four corners before placing the lid.
