A heavy-duty, parametric mounting bracket designed to securely hold 40mm x 40mm elements (such as aluminum extrusions, square tubes, sensors, or wooden blocks). It features integrated mounting ears on the back with pre-engineered countersunk holes for a clean, flush-screw finish.

The model is written entirely in OpenSCAD, making it 100% parametric. You can easily adjust the wall thickness, width, or screw dimensions directly in the code to fit your specific needs.
