Design Concept

This design is a half-enclosed holder specifically made for the Epson Label Printer LW-C610, focusing on speed, accessibility, and workflow efficiency. The printer rests securely in the holder while remaining partially exposed, allowing the user to quickly lift the printer out for label tape replacement without removing or opening a full case. A front collection tray is integrated into the design to catch printed labels. This prevents labels from falling onto the desk or floor, keeping the workspace clean and organized during continuous printing sessions. The design prioritizes practicality, minimal handling, and smooth label flow, making it ideal for frequent label usage scenarios.

Printing Suggestions

- The printed material can be PLA, ABS or PETG. I just use PLA for it.

- No support required.

- Layer height of 0.2 mm might be ideal for a balance between speed and detail.
