Summary
Early 2018 I bought a used Wombot Modus, it wasn't printing great and had quite a few little things wrong with it that I slowly fix either when I have to or when I'm bored. The fine folks at Wombot and a few other people have been kind enough to post some things on here.
One of the tabs that hold LCD to the frame on my Wombot was broke and the other was cracked when I got it, the cracked one finally made the transition to "broke" and I decided to print a new front cover since I was home sick from work. After it printed I realized there were no screw mounts in the new one.
So I added a couple that "worked for me", here it is, my first "thing" that I think someone else might actually want.

Post-Printing
After printing, I drilled the screw holes in the mounting blocks out with a 3/32" drill bit for the screws to thread into. I used the LCD circuit board holes as a guide but probably didn't need it.
3/32" was chosen by holding the screw up to the drill bit and saying "that looks about right". I'm sure there are better sizes to match the M3? screw but I only had a small set of fractional bits in the house and it was cold out and I was too lazy to walk to the shed.
How I Designed This
I started with the Wombot Modus LCD by the Wombot folks (thanks!). I converted the mesh to a solid and made a couple parts for the corner screw mounts and side screw mounts.
I took a couple quick imprecise measurements for the old (broken) LCD and dropped the new mount parts into the LCD frame, did some nifty binary union thing, and generated the stl. I'm sure someone could do a much better job placing the mounting blocks, if you do let me know and I'll gladly point to yours.
I made the screw holes in the mount intentionally small with the plan to drill them out afterwards, think of them more as rough pilot holes.
Since I suck at figuring out planes on CAD, I just rotated and laid it flat in Cura.
