I found that it's easier to assemble the cover onto the LCD when the printer is powered off and the cable is disconnected from the LCD. The file can be printed without support. The cover needs to be bent when it's pressed onto the LCD. First, slide the thick side in, as this will cause the thin side to bend when it's inserted.
