I'm not like most people. In this project, the order has been reversed.

After applying a layer of lubricant, its rotation performance will be even better than you need, as it won't rotate at all when mounted to anything.
For the one in the picture, I added a layer of tape "tires" to provide better grip and make it more stubborn when it goes in the wrong direction.
If you want to enlarge it to play a prank and replace someone else's office chair casters, you may need to adjust the contour compensation, because the tolerance will be looser at this size
