Quickly designed these diffusers for my PAR-16 lights.

If you print two you can sandwich a piece from a baking/parchment paper to do the diffusing.

You could also design your own fill for the circle and try it out.

Uploaded some of my fun ones, bet i ended ut with parchment paper in the end.
