Summary
Simple geometric nativity scene wall light.
Stuff needed:
This print, in PLA or similar material. Colour is your choice.
RGB LED light strip, about 50cm in lenght.
3mm LED, 3 pc (1 red, 1 green, 1 white).
Resistors, 3 pc (values depend on desired power source).
Wire, min. 24 gauge.
Power source, for LED strip and 3mm LED's.
Hot glue or similar to secure LED's inside the fixture.
1 screw or nail to hang the light on the wall.
Extra decorations if desired.
Assembly instructions:
Print the file, it fits perfectly on a 220X220 build plate. Upscale the print 10X if needed. Print orientation is - front side to build plate.
Use hot glue or similar to adhere the 3mm LED's to the slots on top of the figures, indicated by arrows. Bend the LED legs as necessary.
Green for the tallest, red for the second, and white for the smallest. Or use any other combination if desired.
Solder the resistors to the LED's legs and add wires to connect the LED's in parallel to a power source.
Add the LED strip to the backside circle, use the sloping section for adhering the strip. Connect the strip to the power source.
Decorate the front side as desired or leave it bare if minimalism is needed.
NB! Do not run the LED strips at full power, as some strips can put out too much heat and warp or damage the print!
