This two-piece corner cover set is specifically designed for the Bambu Lab H2C, allowing your printer to look clean and elegant while also functioning effectively on both sides.
All sizes are measured using digital calipers to ensure a precise and tight fit, without any wobbling or the need for forced installation.
- The left cover protects the USB port and keeps your USB flash drive firmly in place.
- The right cover is an aesthetic component, featuring an integrated small bump located above the side button, which is designed to prevent accidental touches.
Use Bambu PETG-HF matte black for printing, which perfectly matches H2C.
Background story
This was originally a safety project. I installed a Blazecut T series (T050E) automatic fire suppression system in H2C - this required printing a raised platform to install it properly. After the raised platform was in place, the exposed corners looked out of place, so I designed these covers to connect all the parts and give it a neat, intentional look.
Print settings:
- Consumables: Bambu PETG-HF
- Layer height: 0.20 mm / Initial layer: 0.24 mm
- Number of outer walls: 6 • Filling: 18% Gyroscope
- Support: Tree-like
- Brim: 10 mm external brim
No post-processing is required - you can simply remove it from the printing board and install it on the printer.
If you've made it, I'd love to see it. Please upload a photo of the finished product and let me know how well it fits.
