Print in place with lenses on the build plate. Ensure that "minimum layer time" setting allows enough time for extruded filament to completely cool and solidify even for tiny layers, or the last few layers will be a little messy. They're a little on the small side -- if you have a large face, scale 120% or so in the XY direction.

.3mf file has the stems separate from the lenses.
