This is a part I made in Microsoft 3D Builder with the help of "Nut Job" for the threads. It is a screw for this

This is for the screws at the corners, not the box itself! When I got the box I stupidly overtightened the first screw and snapped the head off. Of course the design of the box and screws doesn't require torquing down the screws, it goes watertight when the screws are simply snugged in. Through various other misadventures with two of these boxes, I got to the point where I needed to replace four of the screws.

Unfortunately I could not find a well stocked source for the screws to replace them all. I found one source that had three each in stock, but if I wanted four of them, there was a 10 week lead time.

My recommendation for printing these is to go with 0.2 mm layer height or better, oriented horizontally, as in the included files, so that extension stress or whatever isn't just breaking with layers. I think you understand what I mean. Also you're not picking/finishing support material out of the threads in this orientation. If you make your support contact distance 0.25mm instead of Prusaslicer's default 0.15 mm it will be pretty easy to clean up. Infill at 20% should be fine, unless you have some special use or orientation of the box where a higher infill percentage would satisfy a performance requirement.

I included the hex and phillips drive options for convenience, but you should be able to finger tighten these enough not to need them. I busted the phillips slots on mine, and i just heated up a flat head and stuck it into the hole, waited a minute or so for it to cool, and loosened that way. In fact, I'm going to put wings on this design and upload it as an option for a finger-tightening version. With the winged head version you can slide a thin screwdriver in between the wings for additional leverage if needed - I added some reinforcement to the wings for that purpose.

The boxes are made of ABS plastic, which if used for this screw might afford the socket/phillips drive option higher durability. I printed them in PETG which is what I had on hand.
