Summary
This is a simple squeezer for standard ≤ 56 or 63 mm (toothpaste) tubes.
The gap is configured to 2 mm. If you push the squeezer together and slide it along the tube, you should be able to empty it very effectively.
If you require different sizes, you can adapt the FreeCAD file. Ask nicely, and I might add the printable file for you to download directly.
If you like this design, please consider leaving a ♥️heart. Thanks!
Update
I have added version two which is more solid but might provide trouble printing, depending on your printer/filament/slicer.
The slide mechanism is printed in place, so make sure not to use supports. If you are curious, I have added a screenshot that provides a view inside the mechanism.
It might require a bit of force to clear the slide mechanism. After cooling, press the two halves together simultaneously at both ends, right before the slide mechanism.
Depending on your printer, the parts might fuse together, which will block the slide mechanism and render the print unusable. You can always fall back on version 1, which is easier to print, but less stable.

Notes:
- The material needs a bit of flex to prevent the springy part from breaking. PLA can work, PETG should work better.
- Let cool before use.
