My grandmother has a juice press of which the rotation transmission piece has broken. This is a replica optimized for 3D printing and strength.

There is a cutout at the bottom of the piece, and the goal is for the piece to be printed at an angle (see image). As you print it at an angle, the direct torque will not be along the layer lines.

Print settings:

• 0.2mm layer height
• 0.4mm nozzle
• PETG (no PLA as it will shatter)
• Adaptive cubic for maximal strength along the perimeters
• At least 2 perimeters (2 should work just fine, but more is better)
