This is a remix of the RepRack spool holder adapted for table top or shelf use. The brackets have been trimmed down and feet added. None of the sizing or spacing has changed so it still works with the same ½" EMT pipe (~19mm outer diameter) and pipe clamps from the original if needed. 

STL contains both of the mirror parts.
