The model is 20 cm long so that the LED strips can be cut to size. It has a countersunk hole for an M3 screw. The holder also has a hole that is perfect for threaded inserts, such as those from Ruthex.

The LED brackets can also simply be glued to the wall. That's why I also created a model without drilling.
