The Canon BR-E1 remote is a great remote camera release. One flaw is that while it is being carried in a bag etc it is easy for the release button to become depressed. This results in a dead battery, usually at the most inconvenient time.

This model was designed by the borther of a user (grovep AKA Peter) on the DPreview.com forums. grovep kindly shared with me the model as he does not have an account here to upload it himself. I printed and tested it and it works really well. I printed in PLA but I think it would work well in a hardish TPU.
