I printed the v1 out of PLA and tested it for a few rides with no issues other than the top edge is a little out of whack.

For the updated v2 I extended the height and smoothed the edges and profile a bit and printed with PETG.  Threads on and tightens up nicely but no long term testing has been done past that.
