I couldn't find a solid, high-resolution Easter egg on Thingiverse, so I made one myself!
 

Please excuse my poor egg painting skills. Next time, I'll use a smaller brush with stiffer bristles or a paint pen.
 

The size of the entire Easter egg is 60.8 mm
 

I've provided three options for your preferred printing method:
 

"EasterEgg2PiecesNoSupports" will print into two halves and use a cube to fix them together. After being connected, it will become a complete Easter egg that can be printed without supports. If you want a completely round bottom
 

"EasterEggStandingNoSupports" is a single-piece design with a flat bottom, so the Easter egg can be placed upright without the need for any support. Due to the flat bottom, the height is slightly shorter, at 59 millimeters
 

"EasterEggWholeEggSupportsRequired" is a single-piece design with a round bottom, so it cannot be placed upright. This Easter egg needs a support.
