Summary

Ear Saver that doesn't scratch your skin. I print it in TPU on my Ender 3 V2, no supports or rafts or anything.

It's symmetrical in all directions and filleted so that it doesn't dig into your skin (which I found to be a problem with most ear saver models already on Thingiverse).

It takes ~25 mins to print and 2g of filament, and whatever TPU profile you have should be fine, it's a pretty simple model to print.
