This is a side plate with holes for the SmallRig "Z-Back" for Z Cam flagship cameras. It has 3 large holes for cables, and one space for a zip tie in the center. It replaces the original plate almost perfectly and keeps the same overall style. 

Its very easy to print considering its so flat. I used variable layer heights to make the angled parts a bit nicer but its not important. Anyone with any printer can make this.
