I printed with the mounting surface down. The (White) original had locator pins, but I left them off as they are not really needed. I put 4mm holes in their place so you can insert pins if you want.

My metal hinges were mounted with large diameter screws. I had to drill out the screw holes for mounting the metal hinge to 5.5mm.
