Use this magical magnetic Zen Garden set to draw patterns in your own little sandbox. It features a raised sand tray placed on a frame, with an optional pattern board underneath. It uses two 5mm-diameter spherical magnets - one placed above the sand tray and one in a stylus used to drag the first ball from below. If using the pattern board, simply drag the stylus along the pattern grooves, and the upper ball will faithfully follow. Alternatively, you can draw freely without any pattern board. I've included two pattern board files - one with a petal spiral patternNote:Small magnets, whether spherical or of other shapes, pose an extremely high risk of being swallowed. Please keep all magnets away from children who might be tempted to swallow them.

Print
I printed it using PLA material with a layer height of 0.2mm. No support structure is needed, but I recommend using a brim on the frame because the contact surface with the print bed is very thin.

Assemble and use
First, use a drop of strong glue to attach a 5mm spherical magnet to the tip of the stylus. Then place one of the pattern boards on the frame, with the pattern side facing down, and place the sandbox tray on top. Fill the sandbox with very fine sand. Now, simply place another magnet in the sand and approach it from below with the magnetic end of the stylus. The ball should be locked in place through the bottom of the tray and the pattern board. Move the stylus to the pattern groove to prevent anything from loosening. Now, you can use
