Design Concept
This model is a detailed, fully integrated figure of The Grinch, captured in his iconic Santa outfit. The design features his characteristic bright green fur texture, menacing yellow eyes, and an exaggerated, mischievous grin. He is dressed in the classic red Santa suit with white trim, holding a small sack of stolen goods and a single red Christmas ornament. This single-piece sculpture is perfect for adding a humorous and slightly subversive touch to your holiday décor, celebrating the famous Christmas anti-hero.
Print Settings (Hi Combo)
Hi Combo printer; print time approx. 8–15h depending on scale and detail density; 0.16 mm layer height (recommended to capture fur texture); 15–25% infill; PLA material.
Use 3 walls for the main body to ensure stability and structural integrity, especially for the arms holding the props.
Supports will be required for the chin/jawline, under the arms (where they meet the torso), under the brim of the Santa hat, and the bottom edge of the jacket/coat. Use tree-style supports where possible for cleaner contact points, particularly around the head and the small props (sack and ornament).
Slow perimeter speed is highly recommended to preserve the fine texture of the fur, the sharp expression of the eyes, and the clean edges of the Santa suit trim.
The Z-seam should be positioned along a discreet vertical seam line, such as the back of the figure or under the coat's trim, for the cleanest aesthetic.
Assembly
As a single integrated piece, the model requires minimal preparation. Ensure the feet/base are printed cleanly and flat for stable placement on any surface.
NOTE ON COLORS AND ACCESSORIES: This 3D model includes all the geometry and detailed textures (fur, clothing, props). It does not include the final color application (you must print in filament colors or paint afterwards to achieve the vibrant green and red look) nor the surrounding festive props (gifts, trees, or background lighting) seen in the photo.
