This little doodad replaces the default pad on the redmagic adapter.  It's designed to do a few things:

1. unblock the steam deck vent where the redmagic adapter covers it
2. allow you to turn the steam deck on and off by gently pressing on the top of the adapter
3. (if printed in translucent or clear material) let's you see the steam deck's charging LED
