I was recommended by my doctor to use a "snore ball" which was to pin a tennis ball to the back of my shirt at night so I don't sleep on my back.
Didn't have a tennis ball, but had a 3D printer so I made this! Just a simple sphere, cut in half with a place for a 36mmx7mm magnet. I used this from Amazon (amazon.com/dp/B0CC5HMKXP?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1) but know there's others out there! Just print two of 'em and make sure you get the magnet polarities right, then attach to the back of your shirt at night.
IMPORTANT, I added a pause layer right above where magnet goes so they're embedded within the model. When I sliced it at .24mm printing resolution, I paused it at layer 36—could be different depending on your slicer but it's important for this model, otherwise, the magnets can't be embedded. Without embedding them like this, the magnets were WAY too strong and caused my fingers to be pinched easily.
