Holds a single 7mm 2.5" SSD inside the PC Engines APU2 enclosure.
Tested with apu2d4 inside case1d2redu, using satacab1. I also have msata30b installed in one of the slots, it doesn't interfere with the mounting bracket.
Note that you will need the satacab1 (or suitable alternative) as there isn't a regular SATA power port on the APU2.
This model is based on https://s3lph.me/apu2-ssd-mount.html by s3lph (and is shared under the same license). I made a few changes as that original version didn't work for me:
- Mainly added larger cutouts for the cables to make cable routing easier. I wasn't able to cleanly close the case with the original, even using extension cables as suggested. With this setup the satacab1 is all you need.
- Added some extrusions to the side brackets to both better hold the tray and align the bracket vertically.
- Removed the screw holes and instead adjusted the shape to hold the SSD in place from all four sides. Vertical movement is already prevented by the tight fit of the case.
