Abstract
I've seen some magnet installers here, but as far as my needs are concerned, they seem to be too complicated.
All-in-one printing
It includes STL and STEP files.
I made this in FreeCAD in just 5 minutes. You can install a 10 mm x 3 mm magnet on each side. Make sure you place them in the right direction—actually, the direction doesn't really matter as long as they're facing each other. It's about 60 mm long and can fit into two Gridfinity boxes—or you can even install it on your printer! The possibilities are endless.
I've marked "1" and "2" on each side, because I think it's easier to remember that way. Positive pole, negative pole? North and South poles? It seems easy to get them confused
So, the idea is to pick up the magnets with the "1" side and install them on one side of the box or any object you're working on. Then, use the "2" side to pick up the magnets for the lid or anything else. It's very simple!
It's a 3D printable model
