I wanted a stand that was compact enough to easily take mountain biking that could hold the phone up for taking group shots. This was also an excuse to try modeling in Shapr3D on the iPad. Designed to take a flat head M3x12mm screw for the hinge (no nut). The two slots are slightly different angles.

Works best on 10mm thick phone or less.

Print instructions

I print as-is without supports and then afterwards use a thin razor blade in slot between the hinges to separate them. That's worked well for all the test prints: PLA and PETG. It's fine printed at 0.2 or 0.3 layer heights. Sometimes I opt for 3 perimeters, but not sure if that's needed (it doesn't get much stress).
