Summary
Y-Axis Tensioner/Idler for Prusa i3 Frame build.
A 2xM5 precision washers, M5-.50 screw, and nut are required. 2 bearings with one side flange are also required. Also used M4 long screw and two M4 nuts for tension adjuster.
The design is made to allow placement of part after printer frame already assembled.

I made my version of this part out of 5 MM thick Baltic Birch plywood using my CNC router. But could have easily printed this on the printer as well, if the previous design of PLA Tensioner had not already broke due to less that 100% infill.
NC file is GRBL g-code file for CNC process.
