I needed a way to prevent a vinyl window from opening too far. This stop will fit most vinyl windows with sashes.

You will need to scale these in the z direction to the size you need.

I print ABS using the following settings:

Bed temp: 90C
Nozzle Temp: 230C
Cooling: Off

For this thingi, I recommend .4mm walls This should prevent any filling. Use a gcode viewer such as http://gcode.ws/ to make sure that little to no filling occurs above the lower layers (it slows down the print greatly)

I use masking tape directly on the aluminum bed. I spray once with Aqua Net Extra Super Hold hairspray prior to heating the bed and then another thin layer as it is almost warmed.

I'm also using an MKS Gen L controller board running Marlin (1.1.9, currently)
