Recommended Scale: 200%
100% Scale is a bit small. I printed mine at 200% and it's a pretty nice size. You can scale it up to your needs.
You can tighten the screw to adjust the head. There is a sweet point where it's strong enough and you don't even need to unscrew the joint to adjust the head.
You are free to improve the model if you want to.

Parts:

• Base. - 0.1 horizontal expansion worked fine for me.
• Screw. - No horizontal expansion.
• Ball. - No horizontal expansion.
• Head. - No horizontal expansion. I used supports for the hole and the chin.

Steps:

1. Print all parts.
2. Assemble the Base, Ball and Screw.
3. Glue the head onto the ball. (can't take it off afterwards)
