Each holder will also hold a dental type applicator.

The yellow holder has a 30mm inside diameter.

The green holder has a 35mm inside diameter.
The green holder will hold an applicator and the stopper from a 30ml reagent bottle.

They're handy if you need them and prevent knocking over the bottle and spilling the contents.
