Summary
This is a handle for a 30-oz Yeti cup. It is using a printer with a dual-extruder. Flexible filament is used inside the top and bottom rings as well as in the handle. (If you prefer a rigid, single-extruder version, see a separate post.)

The handle consists of five parts. ABS and Ninjaflex was used. The top and bottom rings each include flexible and rigid components. I used 60% infill for these components. The handle consist of three components, the top and bottom of the handle are rigid and printed with 100% infill. The handle consists of a rigid inner core and a flexible rope-line outer layer. The handle was printed with 20% infill.
Post-Printing
Assembly instuctions
The top and bottom rigid handle components slide into the handle. The rings slid onto the top and bottom rigid pieces. The slots in the top and bottom rings open to the bottom so the handle connecters are pushed up into the ring holders.
