I created this simple design to hold my taper candles secure in a candle holder.  I consistently found that my candles were too small for any holders and they didn't stand up straight.  This spacer allows for a tight fit in the holders to ensure the candles stand up properly.  

In the photos, the 3rd picture shows my candle in the same holder as the previous photo, but without the spacer.  It gives you an idea of just how necessary and effective the spacer is.  

Use TPU for this print to provide a nice, flexible print and a .2 layer height.  No support or raft is necessary.  I printed this on a Creality K1.
