This is a heavy-duty label holder designed specifically for large, industrial-sized label rolls that usually don't fit inside standard desktop thermal printers.
I designed this using Fusion 360 Automated Modeling (Generative Design). The result is an organic structure that is extremely rigid and stable, but lightweight. The 4-point wide base ensures the holder won't tip over, even when pulling labels quickly from a heavy roll.

Hardware Needed (BOM):
2x 608 Bearings (Standard skate/spinner bearings, 8x22x7mm).
1x Central Shaft/Rod (8mm diameter) OR you can print the included shaft file.
4x Screws to mount the base (M4 or M5 depending on your surface).
Print Settings:
Material: PETG recommended for flexibility and impact resistance (PLA+ is also fine).
Walls/Perimeters: 3 or 4 walls are essential for structural integrity.
Infill: 15-20% Gyroid.
Supports: REQUIRED. Use Tree Supports (Auto) to support the bearing housings.
Orientation: Print "flat on its back" (with the 4 round bases touching the build plate).
