This is my 2nd version of a bed stabilizer. the tiny hole in the middle is for a small nail that locks spring in place. Bearing holders came from Adonirams design I found on Thingiverse you need 2 of them . You will also need 2 5mm x 11mm 2 mm bearings. ( I got from BocaBearing.com).
Instructions
print 2 bearing holders 1 Y stabilizer cut 2 pieces of .175 ( 3/16 inch) thick steel rods (got at local hobby shop) approximately 5.25 inches long. Then cut a compression spring (from local hardware store) approximately 1.75 inches long . Set spring in middle of Y stabilizer and push small nail thru hole . add bearings to each side and install in center of bed bottom rail . I ground end of steel rods for a tight fit.
