A minimalist case for this esp8266 infrared module you can find floating about on Aliexpress. No screws/glue required, it's just snap fit. I recommend transparent PETG for the greatest aesthetic (but PLA works too).

I use it with https://esphome.io/ to control a SPIDF switch that came with a remote.
