A modified version of the honeycomb cup with a solid base.  When used for pencils and paint brushes they were falling through the bottom.  There's two versions.  One with a solid bottom and a raised hexagonal design and one with a smooth solid bottom.  The raised hexgonal design on the bottom is nice for paint brushes that are thinner to keep them from sliding around the bottom.
